The work of Brisbane artist Jodie Cox, Upstream combines architectural and organic materials to represent the flow of a river. The work comprises 70 river stones and 20 stainless steel cables that span the full 18-metre height of the Centre’s foyer wall.
Upstream is one of several site-specific works commissioned especially for the BCEC art collection.
