INTERNET & TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

BCECLink

Casual wireless internet is available at no cost to visitors of the centre and is designed for web browsing and checking web based email. It is not designed for accessing VPNs or downloading large files. The speed is limited to 1Mbps.

PACKAGES

Conference and Event organisers can purchase a custom wireless connection with faster bandwidth which can be configured for the duration of the event at the centre with a unique SSID (wireless network name) and password. Contact your event planning manager for more information.

WHAT IS A HYBRID EVENT?

A hybrid event includes both a live stream to remote audiences and actual attendees in the BCEC studio. By hosting your hybrid event at BCEC, you’ll have access to both our celebrated technical expertise for virtual events, and our award-winning on site food, beverage and customer service offerings.

CAN I RECORD MY VIRTUAL EVENT?

At BCEC we can provide a high definition recording of your virtual event for you, so you can further extend the reach of your event following it’s completion. Often our clients choose to promote their recordings by posting it onto various video sharing platforms.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT TO OTHER LIVE STREAMING SERVICES?

BCEC has always offered the capability to live stream your event over Zoom, Facebook Live, YouTube or other platforms, but our new Event Technology Solutions offer so much more. Our solutions bring together dedicated live studios, state-of-the-art production equipment, award-winning technical expertise and a high speed content delivery network to create an event of the highest standard.
