PARKING SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

  • The BCEC Car Park Pass allows entry/exit into any of BCEC’s three Car Parks.  Car Parking spaces are unreserved and availability is not guaranteed.
  • Using a Monthly Public Parker for multiple vehicles on the same day is prohibited and will result in suspension (or cancellation) of the pass.

NEW APPLICATIONS

  • Applications may be received at any time during the month.
  • Monthly Public Parker payments charged on the same date each month from when the new subscription began.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Visa, MasterCard and Amex are acceptable for payment via the secure payment gateway.
  • Monthly Public Parker subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each monthly period from the date of commencement.
  • Pay per Use subscriptions are charged after each exit.

UNSUCCESSFUL PAYMENTS

  • Monthly Public Parker subscriptions can only be cancelled with 1 month prior notice – no refunds are given for mid month cancellations.
  • Pay Per Use subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

CANCELLATION

  • Pass cards can be cancelled at any time via Park Charge.
  • A refund of the unused monthly portion will be refunded.
