Special Access

The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre is committed to providing equitable access for all delegates and visitors to the Centre.

If you have any special requirements contact your Event Planning Manager or contact the Centre on 07 3308 3000 as appropriate.

Services include:

• All areas of the Centre can be accessed by lifts and ramps
• Designated car park spaces for people with disabilities with direct lift access to the convention and exhibition facilities
• Designated locations for wheel chairs and allocated spaces for carers in the Centre’s Great Hall
• Wheelchairs are available on request
• Restrooms are located on every level in the Centre adjacent to all meeting rooms
• Multi channel infrared translation system provides translation facilities for non-English speaking delegates and for the hearing and sight impaired
• All stairs have handrails and contrasting edge trims
• The Centre has its own designated taxi rank
