National Convention Sales

Our National Convention Sales Team works in the areas of associations, corporate and government market segments and is responsible for business development and securing national and state events for the Centre.

 

The Team comprises - Manager National Convention Sales and Sales Managers, all of whom share a wealth of experience in sales roles throughout Australia and overseas, who are assisted by a Convention Sales Assistant.

 

Members of the Sales Team offer the following services:

  • Meeting with you onsite or offsite to discuss the requirements of your event
  • Allocation of venues, based on your event brief
  • Liaison with internal departments to present a total event solution
  • A continual point of contact leading up to the event management stage of your event
  • Preparation of the brief for your dedicated Event Planning Manager
  • Representation and promotion of the Centre at trade shows and other industry events
  • Conducting site inspections of the Centre to showcase the services and facilities most relevant to your event
  • Liaison with Brisbane Marketing 

The Convention Sales Teams look after events with 200 or more delegates for a duration of two or more days using multiple rooms, all other event enquiries are handled by the Corporate & Event Sales Team.
